Should tv evangelists be required to pay a sin tax?

Perhaps they "should", but they would never be able to pay it. Most people sin at least once a second, so it would be impossible to set a price on any one person's sin. Why pick on TV evangelists in particular? Either we should all pay the sin tax... or we should pay more attention to the message of grace.
