The Miami Rose is normally pollinated by bees or other insects. It is a common day blooming tropical water lily. If you want to pollinate the flower yourself simply use a swab, if there are other water lilies nearby the plant may be contaminated by the other species and cross pollinate which will give you seeds of a new plant. Visit water garden blogs to see how to correctly pollinate plants to prevent cross pollination.
You can also divide the water lilies tuber or invest in tissue cultures which will give you the correct species.
