Those are goals. In order to unlock the clubhouse, you must keep completing goals until you have unlocked the clubhouse. You will know that it is unlocked when you click on the last goal it takes and you will see where to say that you've completed it. Click that and it will tell you that you have unlocked the clubhouse. To get to the clubhouse, go to Map and add it. It will be in your map selection of your dock. So drag the clubhouse to the map and it will appear in "Things to Do" as well as on your map. Click it from either places and it will bring you to the clubhouse. This is hard to explain so if you didn't get it, then I'm sorry. But if you did, congratulations! (:
