Because he creates lower air pressure in his mouth compared to the atmospheric pressure - thus the liquid is pushed through the straw as a result of pressure difference.
no
No, dogs can't drink from a straw. They don't have lips and they can't make a seal around a straw to create suction.
put your mouth on the straw and suck it with your mouth
To drink from a straw you need an opening for the atmospheric pressure to push into so it can displace the amount of liquid you are sipping in. Without an opening it is near impossible to suck the contents out because there is no pressure helping you displace the air then liquid you are trying to suck out of the straw.

She was able to capture footage of chimps using tools to gather food - like sticking a small straw to draw out termites. Chimps discovered that if they put a small limb or straw into a termite mound, the termites would cling to the straw out of defense of their nest.
They are able to drink nectar from plants using an adapted probiscis.
well as far as i know....if a person continues to drink then he'll be not be able to get rid of it.It will then become an addiction and addiction are not easily forgiven..!! :)
Properly called a "straw man purchase". This is where person A buys a gun for person B. Person A, who completes the paperwork, has background check, etc, is not the actual purchaser of the weapon. They are a "straw man"- a fake. In most of the US, it is legal to buy a gun as a bonafide gift to another- but not to use another's money to buy a gun for them. Example- Using my money, I buy a gun as a Christmas present for my son, who is legally able to own a gun. That is legal, and not a straw man sale. My neighbor asks if I will get a gun for him. He gives me $300, I go buy a gun, and take it to him. THAT is a strawman sale, and illegal- even if my neighbor could have legally bought the gun himself.

A 3 year old should be able to drink from a regular glass or cup. A sippy cup or a cup with a lid and straw could be used in certain instances where you do not want the liquid to be spilled.
Drinking juice through a straw on the Moon would be quite different from on Earth due to the Moon's low gravity. While the straw could still function, the juice wouldn't flow naturally as it does on Earth. Instead, you would need to create suction to pull the liquid into the straw, and the lack of gravity would make it harder to control the liquid, which could float away. So, while it's technically possible, it would be a challenging experience!
