Reinforced concrete is made by placing steel bars in the tension zone of the beam x-section.
Charles Goodyear (USA),in 1839 discovered the vulcanization process for rubber. In 1871 B.F.Goodrich developed rubber hose reinforced with cotton ply. The Cincinnati Fire Department was one of the first to use this hose. Note: Vulcanized rubber.
Fibre reinforced plastic is often used in construction, automotive, marine and aerospace. It's made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibres. Some examples of those fibres are glass, aramid, carbon and basalt.
The density of reinforced concrete is 2500 kg/cum or 25 kn/cum
Concrete can be reiforced by using steel; steel can not be reinforced
Depends on which one/pressures, coolant hoses are nylon reinforced rubber, while P/S, A/C, fuel, brake lines are woven steel reinforced.

You need to use fiber reinforced hose on some vaccum lines like power brakes. These hoses when sold are not all packaged properly so ask the parts person for a piece of heavy wall reinforced hose( such as power steering return line) it will not collapse then.
Reinforced concrete.

Glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) is a composite material or fiber-reinforced plastic made of a plastic reinforced by fine fibers made of glass. Like carbon fiber reinforced plastic, the composite material is commonly referred to by the name of its reinforcing fibers (fiberglass)Read more: What_is_the_difference_between_GRE_pipes_and_GRP_pipes
steel reinforced iron
It is made of reinforced concrete and soapstone.

usually kevlar reinforced rubber
No it is made of reinforced concrete as well as stone.
The rubber it is made if reinforced is friendly to the environment
