Gravity
The earth's orbit around the sun is not round. The satellite's orbit kept it at a fixed altiitude above earth.
Well because of its forward motion. The definition of gravity is an attraction between 2 or more objects. The gravity from Earth is pulling the satellite towards earth or it is falling down. Now it becomes awkward..... The forward motion of the satellite will make itself fall around the Earth or it goes in an orbit.HOPE I HELPED!!!!!
It is kept in orbit by Earth's gravity.
First of all, I don't understand why Moscow needs constant surveillance, but nonetheless, a 'permanent' satellite would be impossible. In order to keep satellites from crashing into the earth, they must be kept in orbit around the earth.
The moon does not revolve around the sun. The moon revolves around the Earth though! kept in orbit by the earth's gravitational pull.
because of the gravity in our solar system. The sun keeps us (the earth) in its gravity. And we keep the satellite in our gravity. And it works like stone in thread and if we rotate it then stone will be at the other end of thread and will keep surrounding you.
The earth's gravitational pull.
By a force called gravity
The Moon is kept in orbit around Earth primarily by the force of gravity. Earth's gravitational pull attracts the Moon, preventing it from drifting away into space. Additionally, the Moon's forward velocity balances this gravitational pull, allowing it to maintain a stable orbit.
yes it is.
The earth by its gravitational pull keeps the moon in its orbit. The earths gravitational pull and the Moon's inertia creates a force called the centripetal force which keeps the Moon in orbit.
The Moon is kept in orbit around the Earth due to a balance between its inertia (which tends to make it move in a straight line) and the gravitational pull of the Earth (which keeps it in a curved orbit). This gravitational force constantly pulls the Moon towards the Earth, keeping it in its orbit.
