Acne is encouraged or made more likely for two main reasons.

1. A person may be genetically predisposed to get acne if they put a toxic stress on there body.

2. A person will be more likely to get acne if they eat a diet containing foods that put a toxic stress on the body.

It is the combination of these two that are the main reasons for acne developing. Cutting foods that cause a toxic stress, such as dairy and sugar, out of your diet can reduce or even prevent acne form occuring.
