There can be no echo in space because space is a vacuum and there is no sound in vacuum.

Even if one considered the tiny density of hydrogen in interstellar space, the separation distance between molecules is too large to create a sound wave.


Only under extraordinary and peculiar circumstances could a phenomena called an echo be created and it would not be an echo of the type we consider sound.
