Mummies are typically buried in sarcophagi, which are stone coffins often decorated with intricate carvings and inscriptions. The sarcophagi are placed in tombs or burial chambers to protect the mummies from decay and preserve them for the afterlife.
Mummies in ancient Egypt were typically buried inside tombs, such as in the Valley of the Kings, rather than beneath pyramids. The pyramids were monumental structures built to house the pharaoh's tomb, but the actual burial chambers where the mummies were laid to rest were located within the pyramid itself.
A pyramid is a triangle building made from stone blocks. The pyramid is used as a tomb when the Pharaoh had died they laid him in a coffin in one of the pyramids chambers as it has many chambers, the mummies coffin was then surrounded with all the mummies goods and weapons and food for their journey to the afterlife.I hope this will help youXX Thanks bye!!!
mummies were found inside the pyramids
I'm pretty sure that they kept the mummies inside the pyramids. I might not be right, but I'm 95% sure thats why
The entry of the pyramid was covered up to protect it from tomb robbers and looters. The concealment of the entrance also helped to preserve the secrets and treasures hidden inside the pyramid.

There are mummies inside. Oh for goodness sake !! I have never been inside one, they are incredible though, I have been on a virtual tour via a TV programme, and they did not just have mummies. They took everything with them, to help them in the afterlife, including often live animals and servants, some more incredible than others.
Normally a pyramid has a mummy (dead person) in it but sometimes the ancient Egyptians moved the body to protect it fromtomb robbers. Also the mummies were buried with valuables such as gold and jewelry
There were no mumified remains ever found in the Great Pyramid. Body preservation of mummies had entirely to do with the mummification process. There is no evidence that the shape of the pyramisd has anything other than a functional asthetic purpose. Many mummies have been found in non-pyramid tombs that were just as well preserved as any mummy ever recovered from any pyramid tomb.
yes mummies are full of spices when they have been mumified
King Tutankoman is inside the Bent Pyramid
