How is ash going to do in the Sinnoh league?

he will make it to the semi finals and then loose to the guy who has a darkrai. In this battle ash only sees two of the guys Pokemon, he manages to defeat darkrai with his sceptile before the darkrai beats ashes torkoal, gibble, and some other scrub Pokemon but after sceptile beats darkrai, the trainer brings out latios, wrecking the rest of ashes Pokemon. Sofar, the remaining Pokemon of this trainer are unknown. All we know is that the trainer is in possession of a darkrai and latios (or latias, forgot which one is blue).
