As with most ice cream, or any other product that needs to be kept cold for transport, they are packaged and then placed into a refrigerated truck. These truck are designed with a cooling unit at one end of the trailer that ensures none of the products get melted during travel.

∙ 9y agoIt would have to be kept frozen, so they would use freezer trucks. It would go from the factory to a warehouse/distribution center and then to the retail stores in freezer trucks.
