Solar energy is captured and converted to normal energy through solar panels.
You see the solar panle collects the energy from the sun some solar panels turn the heat into energy but others collect it from the light. The energy goes in an energy box and when energy is needed the energy that the solar panel collected gets used.
It only transforms, it is not yet possible to make energy.
I've given a couple links below to articles that can answer your question.
Cellular respiration release energy.Photosynthesis capture light energy.
Mitochondria is the main cellular site for the capture of energy from carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are important nutrients that provide energy.
sunlight
Chloroplast allow plants to capture energy from sunlight.
A windmill is a type of turbine that is used to capture the energy of moving air.

Tidal waves are unpredictable. There is no way at present to capture their energy. We can capture the energy of tides and also of waves, but not of tidal waves.
All cells "capture" energy, and are able to convert that energy into food. Plant Cells (Prokaryotes) capture the energy emitted from the sun and convert that into energy so they can survive (Photosynthesis).
you don't actually capture it you just use it to turn a propeller that powers a generator which creates "wind energy"
chlorophyll
They capture energy from the wind.
No, it does not.
