Evolution: Most of the life forms that we see today have arisen from the accumulation of changes in the body design of ancient organisms. This slow change in the body design of an organism over a long period of time is termed as evolution. It helps an organism to survive in its surroundings.
Classification allows things to be identified and categorized on the basis of structure and function of an organism, and accordingly, we can refer to them as primitive or advanced organisms. Therefore, classification helps in predicting the line of evolution.
Classification is a tool in the study of evolution. Only after classifying the varieties of organisms in various kingdoms, classes, order, family, genus, etc, it became possible to create the evolutionary lineage.

So basically you are saying that subsystems are related and depend on one another in order to function most efficiently.
