From the information that I've gathered, Disorderly Conduct in itself does not make one inadmissible to Canada. According to the Canadian Immigration, a person is criminally inadmissible if they have "been convicted of, outside of Canada, TWO or more acts that, if committed in Canada, would be equivalent to summary offenses."
