filtered water is good for consumption to a particular extend.BUT it is not fully safe because filtration will not remove harmful bacteria from the water The best way i suggest is to drink water that is boiled and then cooled

∙ 11y agoit is better than dirty water.it also stops calcium carbonate(limescale) build up in drains and kettles, and scum.But filtered water may not retain the minerals in water which can strengthen bones and teeth.
