Well, the treatment for eczema is Topical corticosteroids. These are NOT the steroids used by athletes to stimulate muscles. These are applied to the areas twice a day. Keep applying for as long as the doctor reccomends, and don't use topical corticosteroids prescribed for another person. They come in different strengths, and using the wrong strength on sensitive spots on children could damage skin. I suggest asking your doctor about any other ways you can help, and what strength you need.
