in 1940, the women wore their skirts , like all the way down to the floor

Now in 2009 the women usually wear mini skirts adn tank tops big differences

well fashion chnages every year and even almost everday someone wears something new. in 1914 - 2009 there is a bug difference in the years. so probaly fashion change because pepoel want new clothes and we invent clothes that are more stylish and more this century for every years!
