Firsty get a big Cod and smoked hadock, cut of the head and tail, take out bones, and replace with olives and oil, and a table spoon of garlic butter, then add to blender, mix then together and add a bit of salt, pepper and rosmary to season, mix together again, then add the mixer, pour the mixer out and drain the oil into bowl.
