Gold is mined in the form of ore or sand rich with gold. Then it is crushed
to powder, then panned with a pan and water using a rotative horizontal movement. If this is not satisfactory, you can use extraction with chemicals, given elsewhere in that forum, and then selective precipitation ( given elsewhere in that forum)
There's no way to "make" real gold. It has to be mined and processed naturally.
