Our ears interpret sounds we hear and send important signals to the brain. Hearing these sounds allows us to know what is going on around us which helps us to maintain homeostasis. The inner ear is also responsible for the balance in our body.
Little known fact - the ear, the left ear, is the center of the bodies nervous system and if hit inthe right place will cause a seriuos of spasms all over the body and will make a strange noise rather, rather like a cactus shaped dog, flying on your nostrils. Why yes, you may be thinking that this is not true but all I have to say to you is: WILLIS.
It affects: Respiratory Digestive hearing and sight and endocrine
Not connected to our nervous system
The nervous system work very closelly to the endocrine system (hormones).
It doesnt
The spinal cord is connected to the brain and is part of the central nervous system.
The eyes are connected to and part of the nervous system.
No
the nervous system
It's connected to many things. It's connected to the circulatory system because it has arteries/veins all pumping blood into the brain. It's also connected to the nervous system (well it is the nervous system), the spinal cord. Also connected to your eyes.
The nervous system controls all other body systems, and so is connected with all of them. The Muscular system is connected because the nerves send messages to the muscles if somethings wrong or hurt.
The eyes are connected to and part of the nervous system.
The five senses? Hearing, Smelling, Sight, Tasting, and Feeling.
