because if it were any other temp. it would not be in ice form. it would be in liquid form or some other form.
The water has more heat than ice ... the water looses the heat to the ice the ice melts to become water .. but not warm water .. cold water that also looses heat to the warm water till equilibrium is reached and a final cool temperature is maintained .. but then the air around the water adds heat to the cold water till they all reach equilibrium and the water is warm again ..
Heridity is not maintained by hormones. It is maintained by DNA.
At 0°C, water and ice are in equilibrium, that is, both water and ice exist at the same time. If you have a glass of water with ice in it, the ice will start to melt, but eventually, before all the ice melts, the temperature of the water/ice is 0°C.
The ozone concentration is maintained in atmosphere by UV. They create and deplete ozone.

rain, snow, ice, gravel, sand, potholes, poorly maintained roads
If you want a faster paced game hard ice is quicker and generally allows for a more up tempo style. If you want quality ice it is harder to maintain when it is soft, but if properly maintained the ice is much better. either way is good. Not a huge difference. Depends on if you want quality or simpler
maintained.
All the rulers maintained Islam excepting Akbar who maintained all religions.
it is maintained by using a renewable source.
if homeostasis is not maintained, the cell explodes.
cryostasis-patient is infused with a substance to prevent ice formation, cooled to a temperature where physical decay essentially stops, and is then maintained indefinitely in cryostasis (ie, stored in liquid nitrogen).
Heridity is not maintained by hormones. It is maintained by DNA.

The problem is to keep this very exothermic reaction cooled down.It even runs very fast is ice water.
