Some guns are up put up for auction, with a starting price of 1 cent. IF no one else were to bid on that gun, and you bid 1 cent, you would be the winner of the auction. This happens RARELY. You would still pay shipping costs, and transfer fees at the gun shop it is shipped to. With the exception of antique/ muzzle loading guns, none of those guns can be shipped directly to you, but must be shipped to a dealer in your home state.
