The Japanese ain't dropping bombs on our heads! (icould be wrong. i think they dropped U.S. turds)
They named it the "Middle Kingdom," indicating that it was the center of the world.
Yes, there is a possibility of another world war; however, there is also a push for countries to unite. If there is another world war, it will probably be much different than the previous wars.
We did our bit...... no, I dont suppose the British Empire did actually do the job, but at the time it was, ostensibly, a step, a series of steps, along the way. As Mahatma Gandhi said when asked what he thought of British civilisation: 'I think it would be a very good idea' and of course he is right. He is still right today. We in Britain are no further along the road than anyone else: I do not hold up the life I lead, or the society I live in here in UK as better than you in Timbuktoo or wherever. What I do say, and you may disagree, is that the Empuire could have been far, far worse than it was. As I say, we did our bit. Not always right, not always for the right reasons, but history shows we played our part.
life have become easier ,and more simple it really is better then 100 tears ago but still, people prefer the old days ,besides everyone's different!
Because the peace secured at the end of ww1 was not lasting and they did not want to make the same mistake twice.

one is faster than the other
Exploring a world that is under the surface of everyday life is exciting to some because of the facts of another world. This is a lot different than what we live in.
that is really unanswerable. That is like asking America. Humans live longer than caterpillars. there is not a right answer... Everthing dies at a different time.
There is no one group. All people have a right to life.
This is mainly due to luck. Earth happened to be the right distance away from its star and had the right history to develop life. The odds that all the conditions required for life come together is very small, but there are billions of planets in the universe, so it is likely that more than a few have struck the right combination. It is also possible that life formed in a way different from how we know it, so the conditions for life may not necessarily be the conditions required for our life. It is very possible that we are not alone in the universe.
The life expectancy of a welder is their exsperince, faith & way of life. No job takes life faster than others, god determines this only. You can be the safest welder in the world but, a tree could still be blown by the wind which falls right on the safest!

Yes, life would be possible on an Earth with a different tilt to its axis, as long as the different was not massive. For example, if the axis of rotation was parallel to the orbital plane, conditions would be very different and life, if it developed would also likely be very different than life as we now know it.
