Because photosynthesis requires carbon dioxide which we should all know is a very dangerous greenhouse gas (contributes to global warming) and therefore photosynthesis removes carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and it also produces oxygen which animals need to breathe.
By the way, just so you know, global warming is basically caused by greenhouse gases building up around the earth and keeping heat in causing the earth to warm up. This leads to melted ice caps/flooding and dramatic climate changes.
Foodchains and photosynthesis
Photosynthesis.
Plants or autotrophs obtain their energy from photosynthesis or chemosynthesis. This is because they are the producers of the environment.
yes. i believe so.
Photosynthesis by the plants, industrial processes and rainfall are some of the ways that outline how carbon can be removed from the environment.
Foodchains and photosynthesis
They are able to undergo photosynthesis based on their adaptation to the environment. One such example is the CAM plant, which have become adapted to the dry environment and is able to perform photosynthesis at the optimum time.
Foodchains and photosynthesis
Photosynthesis.
yes
Photosynthesis is an endothermic reaction because it takes energy (from sunlight) from the environment to use in the photosynthesis reaction. Without the energy input, the photosynthesis reaction could not occur.
Plants or autotrophs obtain their energy from photosynthesis or chemosynthesis. This is because they are the producers of the environment.
A simplification is that respiration takes oxygen out of the environment and releases carbon dioxide, and photosynthesis takes in carbon dioxide and releases oxygen. They kind of work together in a cycle.
yes. i believe so.

Forests remove carbon dioxide, a greenhouse gas, from the atmosphere through photosynthesis. This reduces the threat of a accelerated greenhouse effect. In the forest the trees also gives us oxygen and they are good for your health.
