An example of paper would be NEWSPAPER, MAGAZINES...etc, which are MUCH MORE cheaper than electronics such as, COMPUTERS, INTERNET, PDA's, TELEVISION. So there is a bigger population of people accumulating information from print media rather than electronic media. Also, those who can afford to watch televison or use the internet, will certainly be able to purchase newspapers. Print media is also a lot more efficient in providing local news. One can also store articles for future use and reference. Print media does not indulge in "breaking news", and hence is free from any kind of temptation to indulge in speculative news.
I'm not sure sure as to what you are using it for, but print media is generally considered more trustworthy than electronic media, as electronic media is ever changing and easily accessed. Print media is also considered more official as it is something that is tangible.
