THAT MEANS THE RADIATOR IS GETTING HOT, Probably you mean Why isn't the radiator getting hot. could be becaused the thermostat isn't opening or the house to the radiator is disconnected or there is no coolant in the radiator,

Yes my gps unit is properly secured to its bracket. I followed the correct instructions that were included during my purchase and everything works fine.
The weight a ceiling bracket can hold depends on the type of bracket and where it is placed. A solid metal bracket secured into a ceiling joist can hold quite a lot of weight. A smaller, weaker bracket or one that is secured only into sheet rock should only hold about a pound. A bracket that expands after installation should be used when not securing to a joist for heavier loads. Otherwise, the bracket may break or pull through the sheetrock. Check the bracket packaging for weight limits on the bracket itself.

follow the top radiator hose from the radiator to the top of the engine. the bracket (for lack of a better term, I'm not sure what the technical word for it is) that the radiator hose is connected to on the top of the engine is the thermostat's location. it's located under that bracket. two bolts hold that bracket on.

there are four hoses hooked up to the radiator (two for transmission fluid and two for the antifreeze upper and lower). disconnect all of them. two nuts holding the top bracket in for the radiator take them off and disconnect the radiator fans. then just pull out the radiator.
