By the pulley and the on switch
It means, facing away from the pulley
Drive Pulley = pulley on motor Driven Pulley = pulley on blower First determine your Ratio - divide large pulley size by small pulley size this will give you gear ratio, Example 2" drive pulley and a 4" Driven Pulley = 2:1 gear ratio If you know your motor shaft RPM divide that number by the ratio to get the RPM of the driven pulley, if your shaft rpm is 1800 rpm you would divide 1800 by 2 which would = 900 rpm on your driven pulley if your drive pulley is larger than than your driven pulley you multiply the rpm by the ratio example 1800 rpm x 2 = 3600 rpm

The factory installed pump would have been a bolt on. Most replacements have pressed on pulleys.
Model 190-450 with the 4" pto pulley. Model 190-451 with 6" pto pulley. You also will need the drop down brackets for mounting.
Check the pulley or blower wheel if it is a belt driven type of system.
Misaligned or bent pulley. Defective idler pulley. Incorrect belt being installed. The belt must be an exact match, or it will self destruct.
if the vp has a blower, it will be either on top of the engine or to the right a little. its easy to find because it has a pulley and is driven by a belt and has the air intake going into it. if you cant find it easily then it probably doesnt have 1. do a google image search on vp blower. compair the pair. get it up ya,
the crank sensor is located behind the main accessory drive pulley which is installed at the end of the crankshaft you have to remove the pulley and the plastic cover that covers the timing belt
