To catch Deoxys (without cheating) you have to get the Aurora Ticket from a Nintendo event. You can then go to Birth Island, where you will find Deoxys. there's a cheat code to get to birth islands ! you have to enable the code and then enter any place like a house or poke center or mart... ok the cheat code to birth islands is E5AC0043 E1C4C8F0 (use game shark)
