Like any elite police force, the FBI carries weapons. Their weaponry ranges from semi-automatic pistols, pump shotguns, fully automatic assault rifles and, in extreme circumstances, grenade launchers (usually used to launch tear gas or flashbang grenades into buildings).
And, like any police force with weapons, there is always the chance of collateral damage, as in a chance of someone getting killed accidentally.
Their priority is to protect the innocent and those who cannot protect themselves. However, unfortunately, there is the rare occasion where an innocent member of the public gets caught in the crossfire between the FBI and criminals.
Agencies like the FBI are risky because they can handle very dangerous cases.

The FBI has countless jobs that are administrative and there are also the "field" jobs. These jobs are general Field Agents or the FBI's highly trained HRT (Hostage Rescue Team). These two areas do inherit danger just as a police officer would encounter due to the fact that you are dealing with criminals and fugitives many who will do anything to avoid getting caught include causing harm to those attempting to do so. So, yes some FBI jobs can be very dangerous but on the other hand others can be no more dangerous than a general business man's job.
Depends, on how long they work! Some make $15.00 an hour! since they do Crimes, & other dangerous crimes.
They work with others. In the FBI the case assigned they usually go with a squad of men. Depending on how dangerous the case is will determine the amount of agents. For example if the case is to arrest a violent drug dealear, then there would be alot of officers about 15
