They share a deep bond, and even though Sasuke claims to have severed it, he still cares about Naruto and holds onto his values and morals, even while with Orochimaru. Example of this; Orochimaru repeatedly asks Sasuke to kill, but Sasuke refuses. He only ever knocks his training opponents unconcious. Orochimaru then comments about how much of an effect Konoha and Naruto have had on Sasuke, and that it seems almost irreversible. I just can't see them killing each other, no matter how much they threaten.
