Think is Negative RH and a positive baby, but usually this means there has been a previous undiagnosed untreated delivery of another positive baby in which the mother wasn't given the r-gram shot with in 24 hours after birth. There are some treatments to prevent the reaction to rh negative combinations to assist in controlling the reaction on the second child.
