First let us remind ourselves just what a covenant is. It is an agreement between God and his people in which God makes certain promises and requires certain behaviour from them in return. Covenants made with God are, if fulfilled, promise certain blessings to the individual such as Eternal life, meaning spending the eternities with God in His kingdom.

As one makes many covenants with Deity we are obliged to honor them to the best of our ability. God knows that we are not perfect, but in our imperfections there are certain obligations which we must keep no matter the circumstance we find ourselves in. The individual must realize that to break a covenant can have serious consequences. God will not me mocked.

Is it possible that Iraq has the Ark of Covenant?

Anything is possible, but this is one of these least possible hypotheses in the world, if only because the Ark of the Covenant is unlikely to have been a real artefact. The respected archaeologist, Israel Finkelstein says that over 90 per cent of scholars believe that there never was an Exodus from Egypt, as described in the Bible. Without an Exodus, the story of the Ark of the Covenant becomes a fascinating story, but no more.
