If you mean how is it attached to the vehicle.. as you look at the fuse block and relay assembly you should see a plastic lug inserted into a hole on a metal frame on the closest side to the drivers door. At the opposite end of the assembly there are two screws that attach the assembly to the metal frame. They come in thru the top of the fuse block. You can feel them if you run your hand on top of the block. You can se how they run thru the metal frame and are kept in place by two metal clips.

I am looking around to replace the transmission on my 1995 Ford Windstar and the information that I received from several different mechanics is that the 1995 Windstar transmission is a "one year" transmission so you pretty much have to get a 1995 transmission for a 1995 windstar engine. I'm no mechanic and really have no idea but this is just what I've been told... someone out!
