They have certain school regulations that are particularly the same as the city school regulations and they have to match it the best as they can. 3. It all depends on where you live, who your teachers are, etc. Meaning that the teachers will teach you in such a fashion that they are allowed, and if you live in a high populated area, you will have stricter rules, and less strict rules in less populated areas.
