world net is good, better than siffy , however speed is a concern it gives you good browsing speed how ever in 128kbps connection download speed is 15-16 kbps

above is absolutely right. this is for those who are looking forward for VPN access. I've used it at 256kbps and its not satisfactory. In such a case, better to go for '512kbps unlimited data' package, and remember to pause all your downloads when you are using VPN access as it slows down the speed drastically.
