There is no definition for aunt in law, so determining if there is a relationship is difficult. The easiest thing to do is determine if they share a common ancestor. If they don't, they are not related by blood.

Your aunt is the sister of one of your parents or the wife of the brother of one of your parents.

If your aunt is the sister of one of your parents, then her brother is your uncle, or your father.

If your aunt is the wife of the brother of one of your parents, then her brother is not related to you.

Depending on the actual relationship, it could be your father! Or it could be someone with absolutely no relationship to you.
