First, there is no such word as homogenous. It is either homogenized or homogeneous, according to which is meant. The question is flawed in presuming something is true when it is not. Language itself is neither homogenized nor homogeneous, though perhaps one could say that the language of some students is homogenized, in that it lacks structure, individuality, and variety.
