The biggest concentration camp/death camp was the Auschwitz complex, which had about 70,000 inmates.

Note that the extermination camps were relatively small. The idea was that the trains transporting the victims would be timed to arrive at intervals that allowed for most of the new arrivals to be gassed and cremated before the next train-load arrived.
