No. The federal age is 21, and Colorado has not changed that, although there is a push to try lowering the drinking age to 18.. I guess since Colorado managed to pull off Amendment 64, people are getting a bit bolder about going against the fed. But, I don't see it happening anytime soon.
Depends on the situation. If the minor is knowingly let into the bar and served alcohol and the bar doesn't have the proper licenses, then YES the bar can be sued. If the minor is let into the bar and the bar does have proper licenses, then the bar will be fined and most likely their license will be suspended or taken away. If the minor got into the bar using a fake ID that was not theirs, the ID will be taken away and the minor could face more penalties.
No, a minor may be allowed to sit at a nearby table, but not at the bar itself. A person must be 21 to sit at the bar rail.
You have to be 18 to work in a bar in France. No minor can work in a bar.
You have to be 21 to drink.
It depends on what place you are going to. For example, if you are going to an Applebee's Restaurant with your parents, you can eat at the dining room area, but you cannot drink or eat food at the bar. Additionally, if you are under the age of 21 years old, in the US State of Oklahoma and you enter a regular bar, then entering that bar is illegal. In most US states, young adults have to be 21+ years old or older, in order to sit at bars inside places such as restaurants, as well as bars and grills. It is illegal to enter a bar if you under the age of 21 years old.

No, in Florida, it is illegal for a child to sit at a bar regardless of whether they are drinking alcohol or not. Minors are not allowed in areas of a bar where alcohol is served, unless accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or spouse who is at least 21 years old.
Yes, until some jerk puts something in his soda, after which the minor may have trouble sitting anywhere. It is much better for the minor to stay the hell out of the bar in the first place. Hang out with other minors and do minor things or you could have a MAJOR problem!
If a bar serves food as well as alcohol, a minor may be in the bar with a parent or guardian. If it is just a bar that does not serve anything other than alcohol, they cannot be in there at all.
NO! A minor can't work at a bar.
