Unanswered questions are generally left on WikiAnswers indefinitely, unless of course they violate WikiAnswers' policies.

This varies from question to question. Sometimes less than 1/2 hour, sometimes 3 weeks. My suggestion is to not ask non-valuable questions.

Tagalog questions are kept in the Mga tanong sa Tagalog category, which you can find here: http://wiki.answers.com/Q/FAQ/8742. (Tagalog questions should all go there, and not be placed in other categories. You could also visit the Tagalog site at http://tl.wiki.answers.com/, but that site is not being updated, so it will look a lot different.

There isn't a monthly list (or any list at all) of users who signed up for WikiAnswers. A list of users is not kept, for the list would be far too long, as WikiAnswers has millions of users worldwide.

The best place to start looking would be on the internet. The one place that kept coming up in my search was a website called BadCreditFinance.com. This seemed like the website that could answer most if not all of your questions on how to get a bad credit mortgage.

No. They both are two totally different websites. Though both strive to provide answers to people who have questions they operate in a totally different way. Here you have category supervisors who ensure that the vandals and other harmful elements are kept away which yahoo answers doesnt do.

WikiAnswers and its affiliates does not and will not divulge the private information of individuals, be they celebrities or not. There is a reason this information is considered and kept confidential and private.

Answering Your Own QuestionsAbsolutely. You may answer your own questions (as long as the questions abide by the Community Guidelines). You can help build the knowledge base by asking questions and then answering them with facts you find from other sources. If you want to help by asking and answering questions as a way to share your knowledge, that's great. It is a great way to build the site, and is commonly practiced by many here. This is actually a common technique when new categories are created, to "seed" the category with questions and answers. You might intentionally ask questions in a very generic manner, and then answer them as you would any other question. For example, in the Maine category, you might notice that there's no information about when Maine became part of the union. So you might ask and answer the question, "What year did Maine become a state?"Here is the link to the pertinent information (on pre-answering questions) from the Help center:http://wiki.answers.com/help/pre-answer_questionsPlease remember:Questions regarding non-celebrities are not allowed on WikiAnswers - please do not ask and answer questions about yourself. You also may not include your business information, addresses, phone numbers, or emails. Any business information must be kept to your profile, or it will be considered spam.Yes. WikiAnswers is setup so people may gain knowledge and share information in an ongoing process. WikiAnswers has a name for answering your own question and it is called pre-answering.If you have a question and an answer for it please feel free to add that bit of information to the website. There may be people in the future that will add to your answer. You never know if your question and answer will spawn other questions and answers on the site. For more information please see link below

Obviously, we did all the Internet things to physically make this site. But the concept, now that is another matter! Our founder, Chris, found out that he kept answering questions from friends that were repetitive. So he made a website that answered questions called Faq Farm. He saved questions that he had been asked and gave each question it's own "page." That's why you see a Faq page at the top of the categories when you click on the categories themselves. He had very good success with his little Faq Farm, and eventually his friends and family became Faq Farmers...a forerunner to the WikiSupervisors today. As the site grew more successful, he was approached by an entrepreneur who bought the Faq Farm and renamed it WikiAnswers, a subdivision of Answers.com. The entire concept is that everyone can contribute to the general knowledge base, however small, and everyone has specialized knowledge. Welcome to our folk wisdom knowledge base!

You can't really email any body on here because most of that stuff is kept private and it's quite impossible as any email accounts obtained through WikiAnswers is exclusive only to Supervisors and Community Assistants. However, you can find a particular user who answers a lot of questions about horses in the Horses category and go to their message board and ask if you can get their email address. Be sure to explain why you want their email address in the first place.

The regulation was intended to avoid any questions. The regulation of the flow kept the consistancy correct.
