It has been proven that nicotine and the numerous other poisons in cigarettes get into the ovaries and uterus. If it was with Donor Eggs then at least a whole menstrual cycle plus the 2 -3 weeks of waiting fror embryo transfer, so about 6-7 weeks. Nicotine is out of your system in 20 minutes after the last cigarette. What you are left with is simple cravings that can be beaten with a little will power. The other poisons are gone in 3 weeks and you blood is clear and normal like a non smokers.
A person should not be spanked for smoking. Every person over the age of 18 has the right to smoke cigarettes, as long as they follow smoking laws.

It would depend on how long you had quit. If you had only recently quit, smoking would probably start your habit all over again. Other than that, it would have all the same effects it had before you had quit but since you already had smoked before, the effects would accumulate faster and probably become magnified.

NO! You should not smoke after any extractions. Smoking may cause something called a "Dry Socket" which can be extremely painful! Ask your dentist or oral surgeon how long you should wait before smoking.
