atleast 1 week
no a guinea pig should not be in time out because it will make them feel lonely.and also will become tough with big problems.
i think it would be strange, but it depends how old u are
my guinea pig do not feel good i left the window open and i was cold in my home
BEFORE YOU EVEN PLACE THEM IN THE PLACE THAT WILL BE THERE HOME ALREADY HAVE THE PIGLOO IN THERE. THEY MIGHT BE SCARED SO THEY WILL PROBAVBLY RUN IT THERE AND FEEL SAFE SO ALREADY HAVE IT. { DONT WAIT } { GET IT NOW }
3-4 weeks before giving birth your guinea pig will put on a lot of wieght.She wil start to form a shape like a pear/bell.If your guinea pig is pregnant 2 weeks before giving birth you be able to feel the babies move.
The guinea pig will be heavier than usual.
normally for general check ups or whenever you feel that there is something wrong with their behavior
You feel it
may be cause they are weak or they have had a fight with another guinea pig. if you can feel the teeth dont worry they will grow back. but if they arent there you should see your vet hope this helps
If you feel movement in the guinea pigs lower belly, then she is pregnant. Babies grow in the uterus and not the stomach.
a neglected guinea pig may feel lonely or distressed.it would need extra attention and care
Yes let it get used to its new home before you put your hand in the cage.Leave you guinea pig alone for a day or two with water food toys ect then use a nice calm voice and start talking to it then after it gets used to your voice put your hand in and ofer him/her a treat keep doing that until you feel there readyHope this helps good luck with your guinea pig
