You need to remove the old liner. Leaving the old one will cause the new one to retain moisture between the layers and rot the new vinyl and rot the walls of the pool.
You can go to Classic pool and Spa, its in your area. http://www.classicpoolandspa.com/
Yes as long as the above ground pool walls aren't rusted and all the parts are there its easily removed and relocated. You will need a new liner.
Yes but its not recommended. You would have to replace the liner very soon. I have a customer who spent almost 60 grand on a pool were the liner was placed over concrete and now 4 years later she is spending almost 6 grand to replace the liner and redo the pool with vermiculite. Best bet is to refinish the pool with either gunite or vermiculite pool crete and then put in the liner. A liner can last ten to fifteen years before having to be replaced and then when it is replaced, it looks like a brand new pool.
Probably not.
If the pool shell is in good shape, Hire someone or drain your pool yourself. Buy a long brush and pool cleaning solution and SCRUB. Stains usually lift after a season of sun and fresh clean water. If your liner is heavily stained and if you have the money hire a pool guy to install a new liner. That usually runs around $350-500 depending on the size of your pool.
Buy Borderlines adhesive tile borders, makes your pool look new again.
The wrinkles are there to provide for liner shrinkage over the years.
It's unlikely that a bulging corner of a new pool liner will stretch into place on its own. The liner may need to be adjusted or re-seated to ensure it fits properly. Factors such as water pressure, temperature, and the liner material can affect its ability to conform to the pool shape. If the bulge persists, it might be best to consult a pool professional for assistance.
Another new or used retainer.
