If you are refering to washing your dog to rid it of them it depends....you can use a tub half full of warm water a cup of white vinegar and and two cups of dawn soap. The souloution will cause the fleas to abandon ship because they do not like the smell of vinegar and the soap creates a break on the suface of the water creating the fleas to sink and drown in a matter of seconds.
trust me im doing it now on a stray puppie i found this morning..litterally thousands of fleas were on it and now almost gone.

3 feet, and have gills and live underwater! Does this answer your question?
No! No! No! cat fleas cant live in human clothes! its a scientific fact!!!!!Correction:There are no "cat fleas" - fleas are fleas, and the same ones that get on cats also get on dogs and other animals. The even bite people, but since people don't have fur for them to hide or burrow in, they don't stay on them. And yes, fleas can live in clothing. Fleas can actually live in a sort of suspended animation for a long time, even outside in the cold winter. Then as soon as they detect body heat, they are able to leap onto the body of the animal that's nearby.
well, fleas live on blood, so its possible
fleas on that live rats its not the fleas it was the blueberries
No, bird fleas cannot get into cats. There are different kinds of fleas.
Sand fleas are small creatures which live on beaches and feed on tidal litter. They are unrelated to human fleas and would not survive for very long on the human body or in human clothes. They are only named sand "fleas" because they jump.
Depend on where you live. Once it freezes outside there will be no more fleas. If you live in a warmer climate where there is the possibility of fleas year round, then yes. In the colder climates, Frontline should be put on a month before it warms up and fleas start to emerge.
no but live people can die underwater.
