Foods that are left out in room temperature for more than an hour can begin bacteria growth. Our stomach acids can kill some of these bacterias but not all and some can make you very sick. Keep foods OUT of the danger zone- Above 45 degrees and Below 145 degrees. Between these temperatures bacteria lives and breeds on our foods.

If it's frozen, it'll last until sometime after the next Ice Age -- or more. If it's out in the sun, a fermentation processes will typically commence in less than 24 hours, in my experience. For the enitologists among us, this may sound like fun, but actually -- unless you add the correct bacterial culture so you know what's actually fermenting, you can get some dangerous cultures growing. Typically, infected Orange Juice fizzes and the infection is not dangerous to humans -- typically. But not always. After a day out of the fridge I'd toss it.

Orange juice is pretty sensitive to temperature changes. Don't leave it out of the fridge during a meal. Serve what is needed and put the remainder back in the fridge. Or you can keep it out during the meal, but keep the container iced.

How long does it take for an orange to grow mold in the fridge?

It would take a longer time to grow mold on an orange in the fridge than it would being left out in room temperature. Putting fruit in the fridge helps the fruit stay fresher for a long time period. I would think it would take a couple of weeks, in other words a long time for an orange to grow mold while in the fridge.

Which has more potassium 100 ml of milk or 100 ml of orange juice?

For the same serving size, the milk in my fridge has 510 mg and my orange juice has 430 mg. My milk has slightly more potassium. This may vary from brand to brand, but it seems that milk and orange juice have relatively similar amounts of potassium.
