In terms of the duration: longest lasting tornado recorded lasted 3.5 hours. Man that is a long time i could be watching sponge bob by 2 hour wait.

In terms of diameter: the widest tornado recorded was 2.5 miles wide.

In terms of distance traveled: the longest path was 219 miles.

In terms of height: strong tornadoes can extend more than 20,000 feet upwards.
