no
There is no air on the moon, to breath you would need a special suit and breathing equipment.
The moon's surface does not directly impact breathing on Earth. The moon doesn't have an atmosphere like Earth, so there's no air or oxygen there for humans to breathe. The moon's gravity also is much weaker than Earth's, so our ability to breathe is not affected.
When you breath, you suck in air. There is no air to suck in on the moon - so you can't breath there.

They are called rays.
The footsteps last permanently on the surface of the moon until an object comes in contact with them. In case you were curious, the reason why the footsteps will last so long is because the moon does not have an atmosphere interacting with the surface.
Because the moon never rotates.
Because the moon has no atmosphere and no liquid water on its surface, it has no weather and no life. Weather, and living things, both tend to change existing surface features. So, features don't last as long on the Earth as they do on the moon.
The outer surface of the moon is called the crust.
