Humans can't breathe underwater, unless assisted by either a snorkel or some other sort of air supply.
With such a supply, there's really no limit to how long a human can stay, and breathe under water.
The longest an average human can stay under water is 37 minutes and 15 seconds
The person who answered above me is insane. That's how long SUPERHUMAN can stay underwater. The average human can stay underwater probably... about 1 minute-10 minutes, maybe. Possibly 15. Anyone disagree?
The most a human has ever held their breahe, about 2 1/2 minutes. On average, people can hold their breathe for roughly a minute.
An average human can hold their breath under water for around 30seconds.
Through the urine, through our exhaled breath and through sweating.
No, they have the ability to hold their breath for long periods of time. (ie. whales, dolphins, etc.)
If they are under the water. Screaming gagging for breath waving there hands.
A shellfish will breathe under water by using tubes that are called siphons. These bring water into the animal and then push out the water that is carrying waste.
They are mermaids....... they live under water.

No Gills, we have lungs which we breath in and out with our mouths.
No, humans do not have the ability to breathe under water
they cant breathe because if we do we can drink the water and possibly choke and die.

i don't think humans breathe in any water but they do breath out water

they breath with their gills
