I've read that scallops frozen at zero degrees Fahrenheit or lower, in an air-tight container, will last two to three months. I'm testing out the theory soon, I'll let you know if they were wrong.
This food will only last a few days. 3 days in the refrigerator if the food is stored properly. Place in an air tight container for the best results. You can transfer the food to the freezer if longer storage is needed.
For any fish the maximum time you can keep it in the fridge is an average of three days, by then you should either throw it away or eat it ( heat it up first, of course!), but you must have it in an air tight bag or tuberware for it to last that long. Anything other than that, and the fish would only last 1 day.
