you are supposed to put a child in time out according to the number of years they are for example a 2 year old would take a 2 minute time out, 3 years 3 minutes etc.etc.
I'm a little concerned that a 10-year-old is watching a 4 year-old and I hope it's only for a short time or adults are nearby and the 10 year old is a mother's helper or something. As for trying to get a 4 year-old to sleep, the best thing to do is try to tire him out before bedtime/nap time. Play games with a lot of movement to help him get out his energy. When it is bedtime/nap time, read him a book and maybe put on some soothing music.
I think that if you put your mind to it you can do it.
You can buy one as long as you put in yourself.
No but a 13 year old can
run out the old gas first!
Then you physically make the child stay in a time out. With out hurting the child of course. A good general rule is to not put the child in a longer time out than the child is in years. Example- 3 year old gets a 3 minute time out, 4 year old gets a 4 minute time out, and so forth.
It should pose no problems as long as the other bird is a female.

The loch was as deep as it is long. The loch is as cold as ice water all year long. Many people enjoy driving round the loch at this time of year.
No age restriction. I take my 6 and 4 year old around all the time. They put a seatbelt across their laps and were helmets.
turn off the tv and put her in time-out
